Acquisition strengthens regional resources in Red Deer while preserving a trusted local business with more than 55 years of history.
EDMONTON, Alberta | October, 9 2026 — FenceLine Rentals has expanded its presence in Central Alberta through the acquisition of Little Jon’s, a long-established provider of portable sanitation and related site services based in Red Deer.
Serving Red Deer and surrounding communities since 1969, Little Jon’s has built a strong local reputation supporting events, campgrounds, businesses and projects throughout the region.
The acquisition brings together Little Jon’s established regional experience and customer relationships with FenceLine’s broader resources and service capabilities across Alberta.
For FenceLine, the acquisition represents an opportunity to strengthen its local presence in Red Deer, increase regional capacity and better support customers managing projects across multiple locations.
“This acquisition is about building on what Little Jon’s has established in Central Alberta while strengthening the resources available to customers throughout the region,” said Jasen Robalo, Founder and CEO, FenceLine Rentals. “We’re excited to welcome Little Jon’s to FenceLine and look forward to supporting its continued success.”
Continuing a Local Legacy
Little Jon’s will continue operating under its existing name during the transition, maintaining the local relationships and service experience customers have come to know.
Existing Little Jon’s customers can continue working with the business through their established contacts and service channels.
For FenceLine customers, the acquisition adds dedicated resources in the Red Deer area, supporting a more coordinated approach to site services across Alberta.
The acquisition reflects FenceLine’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its regional operations and providing reliable, responsive service wherever its customers operate.
The acquisition was supported by financing from the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), providing growth capital to support FenceLine’s continued expansion in Alberta.
