What to Do If You Need a Late Rental

If you find yourself needing equipment on short notice, the first thing you should do is call us. Our team can tell you what’s realistic, how soon it can actually happen, and what it will cost — no false promises either way. Here’s what else you should know:

Temporary Fencing 

Most temporary fence rentals can be delivered and installed within 24 to 48 hours in the Calgary and Edmonton areas. That’s the timeline to plan around. Anything faster than that depends on availability and isn’t something we can guarantee.

Waste Bins 

It’s not unusual for events to have to pivot quickly, add more waste bins, or alter their service plans.

FenceLine offers flexible service frequency based on the needs of your event. You can schedule hauling to landfills on either a scheduled basis or by request. Giving us 24 hours’ notice gives us the best chance of accommodating a change — the closer to the wire you call, the more it depends on what our routes look like that day.

Portable Toilets

Portable toilets require regular servicing—waste removal, cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking. If your event’s needs change, call us as early as you can. We’ll always try to work you in, but a request the same day is the exception, not something we can commit to in advance.

Handwash Stations 

Most handwash station rentals are maintained on a scheduled rotation that includes refilling water tanks and cleaning the unit. If something comes up outside that schedule, contact FenceLine Rentals as soon as possible, and we’ll see what we can do.
